Hi Dr. Taylor,
I wanted to write you to tell you how thrilled I am with the laser surgery that you performed on my face. I have had 2 retired plastic surgeons who live here in (SV), comment on the excellent job you did. Many people notice that I look more awake and rested but have no idea that I had laser surgery. Your staff made the procedure as painless as possible and I was back at the ice rink working out just 10 days after the treatment. I was performing in the (SV) ice shows just 5 weeks after the date of my surgery. Thank you for your excellent and steady handiwork—my face is a testament to your expertise!
Sincerely,
A.H.

Dr. Taylor,
I just wanted to write a quick note and tell you how grateful I am for what you did for me. For the first time in five years I don’t wonder what people are thinking when they look at me. For the first time in a long time I feel great about myself and have confidence I didn’t know I had.  Thank you so, so, so much for giving me the chance to feel great on the inside and out. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Love,
BK

Dr. Taylor,
We just wanted to take a minute and thank you for all that was done for us over the last several weeks. Chelsea's face made a nice improvement and she is quite encouraged by the results. The swelling was very minimal and she was able to get back to her schoolwork within a couple of days. I am constantly amazed how everyone around her is so understanding and kind to her.
Many Thanks,
T.M. and J.M.

Dear Dr. Taylor,
I'm writing to express my gratitude for the treatment I have received under your care. I came to you five years ago with my face not only badly inflamed but also in the initial stages of disfigurement from a severe outbreak of rosacea. I had seen every dermatologist where I live, but my rosacea resisted the treatments they prescribed. I don't think I had ever experienced such feelings of despair. I had begun to consider my condition hopeless. I became increasingly reclusive, not wishing to be seen, not even by my wife and daughter. Even the mildest forms of physical activity worsened the inflammation. And the pain associated with a severely inflamed face is not to be underestimated. I doubt that a person can be any more dispirited or depressed than I, when I came to see you in April 2000. You and your associate administered a series of five pulsed light treatments over the course of that summer. You have the photographs documenting the results. I hope you will share these pictures with your patients (and prospective patients) who suffer from rosacea. Since the summer of 2000, I have come to you for an additional six or seven pulsed light treatments, simply as a precautionary measure. In your care, my rosacea has remained in (dare I say) remission and my life has been restored. I doubt that anybody could tell, even if he were to stand two inches from my face, that I have rosacea. And for that, you have my undying gratitude, as well as my time, for I would be delighted to tell my story to any of your patients who might benefit from hearing it.
Sincerely,
J.W.
